Welcome to Ease in Motion. You’ve likely landed here because, deep down, you know that you don’t need to live with the aches, pains, and stiffness that you’re told is inevitable with aging. Maybe you’ve had surgery but are still in pain. You know that your body can change at any age. And you’re ready to live with more ease, with the freedom to do what you love!

We’re not your average fitness studio. Through therapeutic yoga and intelligently-designed movement practices, you’ll discover pain reduction or elimination, as well as more strength, balance, mobility, and comfort in your body and mind. Our students are amazed to discover that they can get better results by doing less, and that exercise doesn’t have to hurt.

Pain relief shouldn’t be painful! I’ll guide you in discovering your comfortable range of motion, and then we’ll work to expand it over time.

We start with the truth of what your body can do right now, without compensating. This builds the foundation for long-term results and true, lasting strength.

Forcing yourself into picture-perfect poses isn’t the goal. By connecting with your movement, you’ll make lasting changes in your body and mind.
